Additional Rules
Guests:
• All guests must register at reception and provide ID for verification.
• A maximum of 3 guests are allowed in the apartment at any time; unregistered guests or visitors will incur a $150 penalty fee.
• Only registered guests can use building amenities; visitors are not allowed.
• No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
• Turn off lights and AC when leaving the apartment.
• Late check-out fees:
- $75 USD if check-out is 1 hour late.
- $150 USD if check-out is 2 hours late.
Smoking:
• No smoking on the premises – a $70 penalty fee will be charged if violated.
Furniture:
• Do not rearrange furniture.
• Handle furniture with care.
Bedroom & Bathroom:
• Do not flush wipes or trash down the toilet.
Gym Rules:
• Gym hours: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Jacuzzi Rules:
• No parties or loud music.
• Only registered guests can use the pool.
• Dry off before using elevators or common areas.
Garbage Disposal:
• Located on the same level as the unit.
• Upon exiting the apartment, turn right, then go through the glass door leading to the stairs.
• The big yellow trash can is in that area.
Parking Information:
• One parking spot available on level -3 (3-F).
Before You Leave
• Gather used towels.
• Throw trash away.
• Turn off lights, AC, and appliances.
• Lock up before leaving.
